My services focus on personal development with a specialty in STRESS MANAGEMENT AND     SELF-CARE.  By engaging in my workshops you can become your own life coach. 

STRESS MANAGEMENT is the foundation of any personal development program.  Think about it.  When you are past your stress threshold do you think clearly?  How is your job performance?  Are you giving your best when you are stressed out? How about that job interview?  What kind of impression do you think you are making when you are stressed to your limits?  Are you able to give your best to the people that you love and receive the love they have for you? 

Living in a high stress zone can only damage your health, your mind, your relationships, and your very zest for life.  We will be working with the stress management program I designed and other material to give you life long skills to manage stress and to be happier and healthier.

My SELF-CARE program builds on your stress management strengths.  My self-care program is designed to build your capacity to engage life issues, maintain focus on your goals, and to find joy in life. You will complete a self-assessment that will explore many aspects of your life.  We will be referring to material that inspires you, and I will be suggesting readings that will build your capacity to continue to grow.  My stress management workshop combind with my self-care program helps you develop the skills to be your own life coach.

My home workshop is available July 2009!   I have developed a CD with an accompanying power point manual of a home workshop entitled the 
TEN EASY EXERCISES TO MANAGE STRESS - TRAINING YOUR BRAIN FOR SELF-CARE.  You will learn: 

  
* How to train your brain to better manage stress
   * The importance of being in touch with your biofeedback
   * How to use the anchor scale to identify your stress level
   * How to identify your strengths, and areas you want to improve concerning your body, mind, 
     heart, and spirit
   * How your job, home, finances, and other environmental issues affects your stress level
   * How to use the grateful list, affirmations, relaxation, and free-flow journaling to better manage
      stress and find joy in living.
