BE HAPPIER!

I have been a professional Social Worker for 35 years. It seems like 35 minutes. Time just speeds by. I have a beautiful wife of 25 years and two gorgeous and darling daughters. They are what I am most grateful for in my life. I grew up in a family with seven children and a very loving mother and father. I learned from them that life is really about loving yourself, your family, and your community. I was very fortunate to have had them in my life and their love will always be in my heart.
I come to study personal development because life happens, and it happens to all of us, and I am no exception. There was a period in my life, before I started to apply stress management and personal development techniques to myself, that I passed my stress threshold. I must say it was not very pleasant. I know I learned much from that experience, formal study, and a variety of employment and volunteer experiences.
Over the years I have been a high school teacher, a faculty member of the University of Connecticut, School of Social Work, a social planner, a community organizer, a Psychiatric Social Worker, a coordinator of a Student and Family Assistance Center and a member of the management team for that program. I am now president of my personal development company, CET100 LLC. CET stands for the three loves in my life. They are my wife, Carol, and my two daughters, Erica, and Tasha.
I hope you will take the opportunity to contact me to complete the "Wheel of Life." You initial contact is free and you can get a sense of your strengths and areas of life you want to improve. I also encourage you to purchase my home workshop entitled THE TEN EASY EXERCISES TO MANAGE STRESS - TRAINING YOUR BRAIN FOR SELF-CARE. This workshop is affordable and will give you some basic techniques to manage your stress and help you live a happier and healthier life. I am available for individual and group sessions, workshops, and public speaking engagements on personal development with specialty areas in stress management and self-care.
