My services include STRESS MANAGEMENT AND SELF-CARE TRAINING.

STRESS MANAGEMENT is the foundation of any personal development program.  If you do not have knowledge of and use stress management techniques on a regular basis it is recommended that you compete the stress management program before advancing to the self-care workshop.  You will learn the power of biofeedback and stress management techniques that you can use for the rest of your life.   The techniques that you will learn include: The Anchor Scale, Grateful List, Affirmations, Free-Flow Journaling, Clearing, Activation, and more!

You have over 100 billion nerve cells between your ears and you can train your brain to help manage stress and live a healthier and happier live. 
You may not be able to control all the events in your life but you can manage your reaction to them.   My stress management program can help!  

MY HOME STRESS MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP

I have also developed a home stress management workshop tht takes about two hours to complete.  It includes a CD, accompanying power point manual, and the forms tht you will need.  You will build on your strengths and select stress management techniques that you want to focus on over the next 30 days.  Research indicates tht it takes 30 days of concentrated effort to develop a new habit.  Once you develop you new habits you will want to keep them the ret of your life.  The home workshop will be available in July of 2009.

                                       happier.
                                 * AFFIRMATIONS - How you focus on your strengths to better manage stress and more fully
                                       engage in life.
                                 * FREE-FLOW JOURNALING - How to free-flow journal to keep in touch with your body,
                                       mind, heart, and spirit to better manage stress.
                                 * HAVE FUN AND RELAX - How to make sure fun is in your life, especially during high
                                       stress times.

                                 * CLEARING FOR ANGER AND PROCRASTINATION
- How to refocus on life if you
                                       become extremely angry or internalize stress to the point of procrastination.
 
                                 * ACTIVATION! DO IT! - Includes samples of structures that help you stay on task to

                            MY SELF-CARE PROGRAM   

My Self-care program builds your capacity to live a proactive life.  Proactive living means you chose the direction of your life within the context of your environment.  You learn to use your human gifts such as the power of self-awareness, independent will, and your imagination to forge a life that you design. 

As you gain life skills you will build your self-confidence to be more successful.  You will complete a self-assessment that will identify your strengths and areas of life you want to improve. 

The basic program is a six-session workshop that we complete together.   You will choose one "anchor" book in personal development.  We can add readings as you desire. The main goal is to build your capacity to integrate personal development strategies into your life.  The program is specifically designed for you and it is rooted in the old adage "Give a person a fish, and they will eat for a day.  Teach a person to fish, and they will eat for a lifetime."   You will learn skills that you can apply and build on for the rest of your life.

$200.00  Cost includes 3 emails between sessions. 
It is recommended that you complete the stress management workshop before taking the Self-Care workshop.  Personal stress management is the foundation for a healthy and happier life.    

The Home Version of the Stress Management Workshop - "10 Easy Exercises to Manage Stress-Training Your Brain for Self Care" will be available in July of 2009 (CD, Power Point Manual, and Forms Included) Cost:  $29.95 plus taxes.  No shipping or handling cost within the continental United States.    Please contact me for information about bulk rates.

                           FEES FOR SELF-CARE

SELF-CARE - Single session on any life issue.  Cost: $55.00 for a 45 minute session.  You can choose to  complete an email assessment before the session.  This is helpful when you are brainstorming alternatives at key points in your life.  After completing the session, you usually will be able to develop additional options before you act. 

INDIVIDUAL SELF-CARE WORKSHOP:
 Six forty-five minute sessions at a Cost of $300.  This is a savings of $30 compared to the cost for individual sessions. Cost includes 3 emails between sessions.  The first session is a personal assessment where we will explore your specific goals.  You will select your anchor book depending on your goals.  You will learn how to apply personal development skills in your daily activities that you can use for the rest of your life.  

GROUP SELF-CARE WORKSHOP: Six forty-five minute sessions at a cost of $400.00.  There is a maximum of four people in a group.  All have to agree to use the same personal development book.  One person in the group is designated as the coordinator.  That person will be my main contact.  A confidential agreement among members is required. That means group members agree not to discuss other members issues outside of the group.  Group sessions offer a cost reduction per person and a sense of community.  Contact me for more details.
